Personal Explorations
In the fast-paced design world, it's easy to stick to familiar patterns, especially in startups. To avoid this, I take on Daily UI challenges. This practice keeps my design skills versatile and sharp, as I tackle a wide variety of problems.
Music Player - light mode
Music Player - dark mode
Design a user-friendly music player interface, tailored for various devices like a tour bus dashboard, smartwatch, or web browser. Key aspects included control placements, imagery (artist/album covers), and adapting to different device requirements.
Profile Page Design
Challenge: Create a user profile page, focusing on effectively presenting essential information like names and imagery. The design needed careful consideration of data placement for optimal user experience.
Key Learnings: Effective Communication with Colors and Icons. This project was an excellent exercise in simplifying complex tasks - specifically, plant care. By utilizing distinct status colors, the design provides clear calls to action for plant owners. Additionally, intuitive icons are employed to ensure all necessary conditions for a plant's well-being are easily understood and met by the user.
Crafting a Landing Page for Carpenter & Collector
During the pandemic, I discovered a passion for woodworking. This project blends that personal journey with my design skills to create a unique landing page for 'Carpenter & Collector.' It's a reflection of my love for woodworking, channeling the creativity and precision of the craft into the digital realm of web design.
Mobile Checkout
Develop a user-friendly credit card checkout form or page. The focus was on simplicity and clarity, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
